It comes from Schievenin, precious source of Belluno’s Pre-Alps which feeds the complete Treviso Valley.

BARLEY OF M’ANIS

Planted with seeders made by Sfoggia Agriculture Division, brand of the family Group, the barley is grown in the land belonged to the Farm, where soil gives best production of barley for beer and durum wheat: Marche Region.

MALT OF M’ANIS

It is processed by COBI (whose M’ANIS is member No.33), by using plants and machineries planned and built by Sfoggiatech, other company of the family Group. COBI’s specialists are educated and trained by M’ANIS Malzmeister Enzo.

LOPS OF M’ANIS

Saaz, Hallertau, Spalt, varieties, whose only names evoke quality to the experts. If they result to be of light bitterness for Italian taste, they are aromatic and perfect for beers of traditional German style, as M’ANIS is.
